I purchased an infantino baby backpack because I didn't think there would be much of a difference, but I am so glad I splurged on this item! It works great especially since I had a bigger baby than I anticipated. I highly recommend it if you need the back support, I forget I have my 13 pound baby in front of me sometimes because of the great support.

Well worth the money for me. It has a higher weight limit - 32lb. My son is already 1 and doesn't like to sit in the stroller. I carry him around without any backache now and my hands are free. (I am not very tall either, 5'2") He absolutely loves it. He looks around and makes noises. I should have bought this carrier sooner.
